An in Planta Enrichment Route to Identify Bacterial Root Endophytes
A serial enrichment method was developed to map root endophytes in rice across four generations. Through endophytic bacteriome analysis, this approach identified enriched bacterial genera such as Kosakonia and, under nitrogen‐deficient conditions, Ferrovibrio.
