Traceless Solid-Phase Organic Synthesis.
Chemical Reviews, 2019Traceless solid-phase synthesis represents an ultimate sophisticated synthetic strategy on insoluble supports. Compounds synthesized on solid supports can be released without a trace of the linker that was used to tether the intermediates during the ...

Fmoc Solid-Phase Peptide Synthesis.
Methods in molecular biology, 2015Synthetic peptides are important as drugs and in research. Currently, the method of choice for producing these compounds is solid-phase peptide synthesis. In this nonspecialist review, we describe the scope and limitations of Fmoc solid-phase peptide synthesis. Furthermore, we provide a detailed protocol for Fmoc peptide synthesis.

Solid-phase phosphatidylethanolamine synthesis
Reactive Polymers, 1989Abstract Dipalmitoylphosphatidylethanolamine(DPPE) was prepared from natural phosphatidylethanolamine (cephalin) and palmitic anhydride (PAh) by using polymer-supported trityl as a protective group for the ammo group of cephalin.

Making Solid-Phase Peptide Synthesis Greener: A Review of the Literature.
Chemistry - An Asian Journal, 2019To date, the synthesis of peptides is concurrent with the production of enormous amounts of toxic waste. DMF, CH2 Cl2 , and NMP are three of the most toxic organic solvents used in chemical synthesis and are the most common solvents used for peptide ...

Solid phase protein chemical synthesis.
Topics in current chemistry, 2015The chemical synthesis of peptides or small proteins is often an important step in many research projects and has stimulated the development of numerous chemical methodologies. The aim of this review is to give a substantial overview of the solid phase methods developed for the production or purification of polypeptides.

Green Transformation of Solid-Phase Peptide Synthesis
ACS Sustainable Chemistry and Engineering, 2019Peptides play key roles in medicinal chemistry, being found in therapeutics and diagnostic agents, among others. Furthermore, their synthetic protocols have also been optimized for other fields such as the solid-phase organic synthesis of other organic ...

Solid phase submonomer azapeptide synthesis
2021Azapeptides contain at least one aza-amino acid, where the α-carbon has been replaced by a nitrogen atom, and have found broad applicability in fields ranging from medicinal chemistry to biomaterials. In this chapter, we provide a step-by-step protocol for the solid phase submonomer synthesis of azapeptides, which includes three steps: (1) hydrazone ...

Solid Phase Synthesis of Oligosaccharides
2010Oligosaccharides are involved in many fundamental biological processes. However, relatively little is known about the precise molecular mechanism of action of these macromolecules, because the complexity of these structures impeded their synthesis by chemical methods analogous to those employed to create oligonucleotides and peptides.
