The accurate integration of CITE‐seq modalities faces challenges due to complex RNA‐protein nonlinear interactions and computational inefficiencies. Globotriaosylceramide Gb3 Influences Wound Healing and Scar Formation by Orchestrating Fibroblast Heterogeneity

In superficial second‐degree burn wounds, Gb3 turns on genes related to papillary cells through the FGF2 signaling pathway. This increases the ability of cells to break down fibrin and decreases fibrosis, which ultimately prevents scar formation in burn injuries.

Giant Magnetocaloric Effect in a Honeycomb Spiral Spin‐Liquid Candidate

The frustrated honeycomb‐lattice single‐crystal GdZnPO, a spiral spin‐liquid (SSL) candidate, exhibits a giant magnetocaloric effect (with a large Grüneisen parameter Γm = 4.4 T−1) and exceptional cooling performance near the crossover magnetic field (Hc), surpassing other known magnetocaloric materials.

Mechanisms and Pathophysiological Significance of Insulin Resistance in Offspring With Intrauterine Growth Restriction Mediated by Hepatic GR/miR‐1224 Programming

This work found that early‐stage insulin sensitization but late‐stage insulin resistance in prenatal caffeine exposure (PCE)‐ induced intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) offspring may be related to the hepatic AGEs accumulation via intrauterine GR/miR‐1224 programming by glucocorticoids.

T1WI‐SWI Dual Modal Magnetic Resonance Nanoprobes for Accurate Diagnosis of Early Stage Alzheimer's Disease

We developed a smart MRI nanoprobe targeting BACE1 and Aβ plaques. It crosses the blood‐brain barrier. Upon encountering BACE1, the probe is cleaved, enabling T1WI imaging detection. Subsequent reaction with ONOO− induces probe aggregation, enhancing magnetic susceptibility for sensitive SWI imaging of Aβ plaques.
