Understanding the dynamics of evolution of Follicular Lymphoma (FL) clones during disease progression is important for monitoring and targeting this tumor effectively. Genetic profiling of serial FL biopsies and examples of FL transmission following bone

ABSTRACT Extranodal marginal zone lymphoma (EMZL) represents a unique paradigm among indolent B‐cell neoplasms, in which lymphomagenesis is frequently driven by chronic antigenic stimulation within tissue‐specific microenvironments. Persistent infectious or autoimmune triggers promote the development of ectopic lymphoid tissue and sustain B‐cell ...

Autoimmunity and Periodontitis
In a microbe‐driven inflammatory environment, peptidyl‐arginine deiminase (PAD) enzymes from neutrophils and Porphyromonas gingivalis citrullinate both microbial and self‐antigens. B cell presentation of citrullinated or self‐mimicking epitopes activates T cells that assist B cells in antibody isotype switching, affinity maturation, epitope spreading ...

Decoding the Black Box of Fish Vaccines Efficacy in Basic and Applied Contexts
ABSTRACT Vaccines are the frontline defense in aquaculture, yet predicting their real‐world performance remains a tricky puzzle. Unlike terrestrial veterinary vaccines, fish vaccines largely operate through “Black Box” processes, where we observe the outcomes but rarely understand the underlying immune mechanisms. Laboratory trials, though informative,

ABSTRACT Background IgG4‐related disease (IgG4‐RD) is a systemic, immune‐mediated, fibroinflammatory disorder with multiorgan involvement and variable clinical presentation, often creating diagnostic difficulty. Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an antibody‐mediated autoimmune disorder of the neuromuscular junction, most commonly associated with anti ...

Antibody Affinity Maturation in Fishes—Our Current Understanding
It has long been believed that fish lack antibody affinity maturation, in part because they were thought to lack germinal centers. Recent research done on sharks and bony fishes indicates that these early vertebrates are able to affinity mature their ...

Multiple myeloma: A tale of deregulated transcription factors
Abstract A comprehensive understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying multiple myeloma (MM) pathogenesis is essential for developing therapeutic strategies that overcome disease heterogeneity and treatment relapse. In this review, we focus on transcription factors (TFs), key regulators of gene expression that play critical roles in normal ...

High‐affinity monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) targeting the MPXV EEV protein A35R were rapidly isolated using mRNA‐LNP vaccination and the Beacon single‐cell sorting Optofluidic platform, followed by functional profiling. One mAb, 17H1, potently neutralized authentic MPXV and conferred complete protection in vivo.
