The determination of diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, is based on its complexation with Cu (II) acetate and Methylene Blue followed by extraction of the complexes into chloroform. The extract is analysed by UV-VIS spectrophotometry.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kadar vitamin C pada minuman kemasan menggunakan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Tiga sampel minuman kemasan berbeda diuji, dan hasilnya menunjukkan variasi dalam kandungan vitamin C. Metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis terbukti efektif dalam menganalisis kadar vitamin C dalam minuman kemasan.
