Genome‐wide, high‐resolution profiling of hydroxymethylation in mouse SCNT embryos reveals a transient, allele‐symmetric 5hmC reprogramming pattern distinct from natural embryos, with X‐chromosomes and imprinting control regions resistant to proper remodeling.

The Geometry of Layer 2/3 Cortical Sound Processing in Slow Wave Sleep
Sleep is associated with a sensory disconnection whose mechanisms remain elusive. Large neuronal population recordings in the auditory cortex revealed that, in NREM sleep, the neural code for sounds is highly similar to wakefulness, but coordinated modulations of neuron responsiveness intermittently disconnect the local cortical networks from sensory ...

CD168 Identifies Proliferating Pancreatic Islet Cells in Murine and Human
This study identifies CD168 as a conserved surface marker for proliferating β‐cells in mouse, human islets, and pancreatic islet tumors. CD168⁺ cells show high proliferation and low insulin expression. CD168+ cells form mostly uni‐β lineage clones, and some of the clones are multi‐lineage.

Arf1 GTPase Regulates Golgi‐Dependent G2/M Transition and Spindle Organization in Oocyte Meiosis
ADP‐ribosylation factor 1 (Arf1) is a small GTPase belonging to the Arf family. As a molecular switch, Arf1 is found to regulate retrograde and intra‐Golgi transport, plasma membrane signaling, and organelle function during mitosis.
