Conjugated Polymer‐Driven Compact Crystal Packing and Efficient Charge Transport in Perovskite Quantum Dot Solar Cells

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
Conjugated polymer ligands with ethylene glycol side chains enable defect passivation and controlled nanocrystal packing in perovskite quantum dot solar cells. This dual‐function strategy enhances charge transport, boosts efficiency to over 15%, and ensures long‐term device stability.

Harmonious Layer Design in Wide‐Bandgap p‐i‐n Perovskite Solar Cells Using Carbazole and Triazatruxene‐Based Molecules

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
Self‐assembled monolayers with dual SAMs integrate tripodal 3PATA‐C3 and monopodal Me‐4PACz to engineer a harmonious bottom interface in wide‐bandgap perovskite solar cells. Contact angle measurements reveal tailored surface morphology, promoting π–π stacking and superior perovskite crystallization.

Dual‐Stimuli Chromogenic Membranes for Optical Security: Photochromic and Halochromic Anti‐Counterfeiting Applications

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
A dual‐stimuli chromogenic platform is developed based on spiropyran‐functionalized anodic aluminum oxide (SP‐t‐AAO) membranes, featuring reversible photochromic and halochromic switching. These membranes demonstrate rapid response, high spatial precision, and long‐term stability, making them highly suitable for anti‐counterfeiting and sensing ...

Through‐space interaction enables simultaneous enhancements of kr and kRISC in highly efficient spiro‐acridine based thermally activated delayed fluorescence emitter with acridone acceptor

open access: yesSmart Molecules, EarlyView.
Intramolecular through‐space interaction is designed for the first time in a thermally activated delayed fluorescence emitter to pull the appropriate rotation of the acridine donor to deviate from the perpendicular orientation, which solves the common problem of insufficient FMO overlap to simultaneously enhance the radiation transition and reverse ...
