Fn14 signalling participates in pristane‐induced murine lupus through exacerbating oxidative stress
Background and Purpose Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease characterized by oxidative stress and immune dysregulation. Fibroblast growth factor‐inducible 14 (Fn14) has been implicated in tissue injury, but its specific role in SLE pathogenesis remains unclear.

Experimental Models of Autoimmune Hepatitis: Disease Fidelity and Translational Relevance
ABSTRACT Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) remains difficult to study mechanistically in patients because disease initiation is rarely observed directly, the relevant autoantigens differ across subsets, and clinically meaningful outcomes such as chronic inflammation, fibrosis, relapse, and treatment response evolve over time.

We prepared five glycosylated liposomal nanoparticles (G‐LNPs) to investigate the role of glycosylation and protein corona in modulating the in vivo behavior of G‐LNPs. We show that IgG and complement C3 adsorption enhanced liposomal nanoparticle clearance, with IgG promoting subsequent C3 binding.

Splenic B cells accumulate and adopt pro‐inflammatory phenotype via activation of p38 MAPK/NF‐κB pathway, thereby accelerating CCl₄‐induced hepatic fibrosis. ABSTRACT The spleen plays a significant role in hepatic fibrosis progression. B cells are the main splenic lymphocytes, but their specific contributions and underlying mechanisms remain unclear ...

Non‐phosphorylated clusterin is decreased in the serum of dementia patients but not in Parkinson's disease, and phosphorylated clusterin in serum does not originate from the brain. 3D3F10, a monoclonal antibody specific to non‐phosphorylated clusterin, enables modification‐specific detection with diagnostic potential for dementia.
