A Triangulenum‐Based Biosensor Platform for Mapping Kinase Activity in T Cells

Novel peptide biosensors based on long‐lifetime triangulenium dyes are developed for the real‐time, non‐invasive mapping of Akt1 and Src kinase activities in living cells. Utilizing FLIM microscopy, these highly specific, biocompatible probes overcome cellular autofluorescence.

Boron‐embedded multifunctional nanoplatform toward potential combined boron neutron capture therapy and immunomodulation in glioma

A brain‐targeting multifunctional nanoplatform (DM&Ce6@COF‐Ang) was engineered by employing boron‐enriched APTES‐COF‐1 as both the therapeutic boron agent and the nanocarrier co‐delivery of DMXAA and Ce6. This nanoplatform achieved synergistic tumor‐specific boron delivery, real‐time pharmacokinetic monitoring, and immunomodulation.
