Preclinical Evaluation of 68Ga-labeled RGD Peptide for Detection of Malignant Angiogenesis
Introduction. The early detection of tumor growth remains one of the most important tasks of diagnostic nuclear medicine. The vascular growth being created malignant neoplasms is a good target for the purpose.

c-Src inhibition improves cardiovascular function but not remodeling or fibrosis in Ang II-induced hypertension [PDF]
c-Src plays an important role in angiotensin II (Ang II) signaling. Whether this member of the Src family kinases is involved in the development of Ang II–induced hypertension and associated cardiovascular damage in vivo remains unknown. Here, we studied

Visualizing the mechanical activation of Src [PDF]
The mechanical environment crucially influences many cell functions. However, it remains largely mysterious how mechanical stimuli are transmitted into biochemical signals. Src is known to regulate the integrin-cytoskeleton interaction, which is essential for the transduction of mechanical stimuli.

Large Spin‐Orbit Torque with Multi‐Directional Spin Components in Ni4W
Ni4W is theoretically proposed and experimentally verified as a promising unconventional spin‐orbit torque (SOT) material for generating multi‐directional spins. Epitaxial Ni4W thin films with outstanding crystallinity are grown by magnetron sputtering.

The nuclear contacts and short range correlations in nuclei
Atomic nuclei are complex strongly interacting systems and their exact theoretical description is a long-standing challenge. An approximate description of nuclei can be achieved by separating its short and long range structure.

Synapsin Phosphorylation by Src Tyrosine Kinase Enhances Src Activity in Synaptic Vesicles [PDF]
Synapsins are synaptic vesicle-associated phosphoproteins implicated in the regulation of neurotransmitter release. Synapsin I is the major binding protein for the SH3 domain of the kinase c-Src in synaptic vesicles. Its binding leads to stimulation of synaptic vesicle-associated c-Src activity.

Development of Radiopharmaceutical Composition for Radionuclide Diagnostics of Malignant Melanoma
Introduction. Skin cancers came first in Russia in numbers of oncological diseases. Melanoma, making up only a small part of these cases, leads to the most serious consequences.
