SRP

Proceedings of the 2013 ACM International symposium on Physical Design, 2013
In this paper, an effective simultaneous routing and placement refinement tool called SRP is proposed for routability improvement. SRP is independent of any placer and global router. Based on a given placement layout and global routing result, SRP relocates problematic cells by considering routing and placement simultaneously.

SRP meets the ribosome

Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, 2004
Cotranslational targeting directly couples synthesis of proteins to their translocation across or insertion into membranes. The signal recognition particle (SRP) and its membrane-bound receptor facilitate the targeting of the translation machinery, the ribosome, via recognition of a signal sequence in the nascent peptide chain.

Crystallization of the crenarchaeal SRP core

Acta Crystallographica Section D Biological Crystallography, 2003
Protein translocation across or targeting to membranes mediated by the signal recognition particle (SRP) is a universal mechanism conserved in all domains of life. SRP54 from the crenarchaeon Sulfolobus solfataricus has been recombinantly expressed and crystallized with and without SRP RNA helix 8.

Parallel SRP-PHAT for GPUs

Computer Speech & Language, 2016
Abstract The steered response power phase transform (SRP-PHAT) is one of the widely used algorithms for sound source localization. Since it must examine a large number of candidate sound source locations, conventional SRP-PHAT approaches may not be used in real time.
