List of SRP Publications [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
This document is a list of site remediation program (SRP) documents available through the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. These SRP documents cover general information, technical guidance, underground storage tank information, industrial site recovery act information, site safety and health, regulations, and maps.

Assembly of SRP Receptor [PDF]

open access: yes, 1994
Co-translational targeting of secretory and integral membrane proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) requires two key mediators, the signal recognition particle (SRP) and its receptor. The SRP receptor is composed of two tightly associated subunits termed SRα and SRβ.

Structure of the Chloroplast Signal Recognition Particle (SRP) Receptor: Domain Arrangement Modulates SRP–Receptor Interaction [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Molecular Biology, 2008
The signal recognition particle (SRP) pathway mediates co-translational targeting of nascent proteins to membranes. Chloroplast SRP is unique in that it does not contain the otherwise universally conserved SRP RNA, which accelerates the association ...

SRP

Proceedings of the 2013 ACM International symposium on Physical Design, 2013
In this paper, an effective simultaneous routing and placement refinement tool called SRP is proposed for routability improvement. SRP is independent of any placer and global router. Based on a given placement layout and global routing result, SRP relocates problematic cells by considering routing and placement simultaneously.

SRP-mediated protein targeting: structure and function revisited [PDF]

open access: yesBiochimica Et Biophysica Acta - Molecular Cell Research, 2004
The signal recognition particle (SRP) and its membrane-bound receptor (SR) deliver membrane proteins and secretory proteins to the translocation channel in the plasma membrane (or the endoplasmic reticulum).

SRP meets the ribosome

Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, 2004
Cotranslational targeting directly couples synthesis of proteins to their translocation across or insertion into membranes. The signal recognition particle (SRP) and its membrane-bound receptor facilitate the targeting of the translation machinery, the ribosome, via recognition of a signal sequence in the nascent peptide chain.
