Wasserstein Riemannian Geometry on Statistical Manifold
In this paper, we study some geometric properties of statistical manifold equipped with the Riemannian Otto metric which is related to the L 2 -Wasserstein distance of optimal mass transport. We construct some α -connections on such manifold and we prove that the proposed connections are torsion-free and coincide with the Levi-Civita connection when α

Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 (ALDH1A1) is a cancer stem cell marker in several malignancies. We established a novel epithelial cell line from rectal adenocarcinoma with unique overexpression of this enzyme. Genetic attenuation of ALDH1A1 led to increased invasive capacity and metastatic potential, the inhibition of proliferation activity, and ultimately ...

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

In this paper, we establish some inequalities between the normalized δ-Casorati curvatures and the scalar curvature (i.e., between extrinsic and intrinsic invariants) of spacelike statistical submanifolds in Sasaki-like statistical manifolds, endowed ...

Laplacian operator on statistical manifold
In this paper, we define a Laplacian operator on a statistical manifold, called the vector Laplacian. This vector Laplacian incorporates information from the Amari-Chentsov tensor. We derive a formula for the vector Laplacian. We also give two applications using the heat kernel associated with the vector Laplacian.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Investigating Statistical Submersions and Their Properties
This research aims to prove a sharp relationship between statistical submersions and doubly minimal immersions. We consider a non-trivial statistical submersion on a statistical manifold with isometric fibers.

Information Geometry of Quantum Entangled Gaussian Wave-Packets
Describing and understanding the essence of quantum entanglement and its connection to dynamical chaos is of great scientific interest. In this work, using information geometric (IG) techniques, we investigate the effects of micro-correlations on the ...

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Recent theoretical progress on an information geometrodynamical approach to chaos
In this paper, we report our latest research on a novel theoretical information-geometric framework suitable to characterize chaotic dynamical behavior of arbitrary complex systems on curved statistical manifolds.
