Achieving λ/10 resolution CW STED nanoscopy with a Ti:Sapphire oscillator. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2012
In this report, a Ti:Sapphire oscillator was utilized to realize synchronization-free stimulated emission depletion (STED) microscopy. With pump power of 4.6 W and sample irradiance of 310 mW, we achieved super-resolution as high as 71 nm.

Event-triggered STED imaging

open access: yesNature Methods, 2022
Abstract Monitoring the proteins and lipids that mediate all cellular processes requires imaging methods with increased spatial and temporal resolution. STED (stimulated emission depletion) nanoscopy enables fast imaging of nanoscale structures in living cells but is limited by photobleaching. Here, we present event-triggered STED, an

Adaptive-illumination STED nanoscopy [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America, 2017
Significance We demonstrate DyMIN (Dynamic Intensity Minimum), a versatile illumination concept for coordinate-targeted superresolution fluorescence imaging. Dynamically adapting the illumination (and therefore resolution) for the probing of molecular signals to local structural features entails major reductions in the light dose applied to ...

Super-resolution STED microscopy in live brain tissue

open access: yesNeurobiology of Disease, 2021
STED microscopy is one of several fluorescence microscopy techniques that permit imaging at higher spatial resolution than what the diffraction-limit of light dictates.

Super-resolution microscopy reveals glioma cell footprints and exosome deposits [PDF]

open access: yesCell Adhesion & Migration
Gliomas are aggressive brain tumors whose infiltrative growth is mediated by intercellular crosstalk. Exosomes, small extracellular vesicles, play a key role in cell–cell communication but are difficult to visualize using conventional microscopy ...

‘Sted’ som utgangspunkt for kritisk tenkning i geografi

open access: yesActa Didactica Norden, 2022

open access: yesStudia Musicologica Norvegica, 2023
Denne artikkelen drøfter hvordan musikksjangeren blues knyttes til bygging av stedsidentitet på Notodden Blues Festival. Artikkelen bygger på materiale fra en feltstudie og observasjoner på festivalen i 2021 og 2023.

Analytical Description of Digital Mask Based STED Lithography [PDF]

open access: yes한국정밀공학회지, 2022
In this study, a digital mask-based STED lithography technique was proposed, and the effective resolution of the proposed system was calculated analytically.
