Stability Analysis of Extended One-Step Schemes for Stiff and Non-Stiff Delay Differential Equations
Herein, we provide a reliable and stable computational technique, based on a class of extended one-step methods for solving delay differential equations with constant and variable delays.

CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Numerical Integration of Stiff Differential-Algebraic Equations [PDF]
Systems of differential-algebraic equations (DAEs) arise in many areas including electrical circuit simulation, chemical engineering, and robotics. The difficulty of solving a DAE is characterized by its index. For index-1 DAEs, there are several solvers,

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Solving Ordinary Differential Equations II. Stiff and Differential-Algebraic Problems
The subject of this book is the solution of stiff differential equations and of differential-algebraic systems (differential equations with constraints). The book is divided into four chapters.

On a Variational Method for Stiff Differential Equations Arising from Chemistry Kinetics
For the approximation of stiff systems of ODEs arising from chemistry kinetics, implicit integrators emerge as good candidates. This paper proposes a variational approach for this type of systems.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.
