症例は59才,女性. 54才時に褐色細胞腫と診断され外科的切除5年後に,全身に転移が発見された.従来の化学療法を行ったが副作用が強く投与を中止した.悪性褐色細胞腫の本例に対してstreptozocinによる化学療法を試みた.投与中,腫瘍の大きさは変化しなかったが高血圧発作の減少並びに腫瘍マ-カー値の減少を示した.悪性褐色細胞腫に対して, streptozocin投与は或る程度有効であると考えた.
