THE STRUCTURE OF MACROECONOMIC MODELS

IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 1989
Abstract The specification of an macroeconomic model provides all information needed for a qualitative analysis of the model. Graph-theoretic concepts, like strongly connected components and minimal feedback sets, are used to determine optimal equation orderings and model blocks.

Model Structure

2019
This chapter describes the logical structure of the proposed tunnel risk analysis model. In particular, the event tree technique for estimating the frequencies of the accidental scenarios and the procedure for defining the location of the accidental scenarios along the tunnel are illustrated.

Structured Indoor Modeling

2015 IEEE International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV), 2015
This paper presents a novel 3D modeling framework that reconstructs an indoor scene as a structured model from panorama RGBD images. A scene geometry is represented as a graph, where nodes correspond to structural elements such as rooms, walls, and objects. The approach devises a structure grammar that defines how a scene graph can be manipulated.

A Structural Model of Shape

IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, 1980
Shape description and recognition is an important and interesting problem in scene analysis. Our approach to shape description is a formal model of a shape consisting of a set of primitives, their properties, and their interrelationships. The primitives are the simple parts and intrusions of the shape which can be derived through the graph-theoretic ...
