3D‐Printed Biomimetic Vascular Scaffold Crosslinked with Heparan Sulfate for Sustained Release of PDGFB‐LG4 Fusion Protein Promotes Bone Regeneration

Fusion protein PDGFB‐LG4 exhibits superior osteoinductive and angiogenic activity compared to PDGFB. The PCLHS‐PDGFB‐LG4 scaffold, featuring perfusable and permeable vascular‐like networks, promotes angiogenesis and osteogenesis through the sustained release of PDGFB‐LG4, thereby accelerating the bone defect repair process.

Pupylation‐Based Proximity Labeling Unravels a Comprehensive Protein and Phosphoprotein Interactome of the Arabidopsis TOR Complex

The target of rapamycin (TOR) complex is a central plant growth regulator. Here, the protein–protein interactions underlying its various functions are mapped by pupylation‐based proximity‐labeling in Arabidopsis, using TOR complex subunits LST8‐1 and RAPTOR1, alongside TOR inhibitor FK506‐binding protein, as baits.

Therapeutic Delivery of circDYM by Perillyl Alcohol Nanoemulsion Alleviates LPS‐Induced Depressive‐Like Behaviors

PANEs are specifically designed to enhance the brain delivery efficiency of circDYM compared to commercialized lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). Intranasal administration of PANE‐circDYM effectively alleviated LPS‐induced depressive‐like behaviors by mitigating neuroinflammation and promoting neuroplasticity.
