10 X Sucrose Orange G Loading Dye v1 [PDF]
This protocol outlines the preparation of a basic sucrose loading dye 10 X stock solution for gel electrophoresis (DNA/RNA). Orange G runs at approximately 50 bp making this loading dye ideal for small molecular weight polynucleotides.

A non‐aqueous, solution‐based graphene‐wrapping strategy is shown to stabilize disordered rocksalt LMTOF cathodes without structural degradation. The graphene‐wrapped cathode suppresses oxygen loss and parasitic interfacial reactions, lowers impedance growth, and delivers improved cycling stability and rate capability compared with conventional ball ...

Electrostatically‐Stabilized PEG‐Free Lipid Nanoparticles for Systemic Nucleic Acid Delivery
This work describes non‐PEGylated layered lipid nanoparticles (nonPEG LLNPs), a gene delivery platform that improves upon standard PEGylated LNPs via electrostatic adsorption of charged polymers. nonPEG LLNPs maintain colloidal stability under biological stresses, enhance circulation time, and mitigate accelerated blood clearance and hepatic ...

Exogenous sucrose can enhance tolerance of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings to salt stress [PDF]
To investigate the physiological mechanisms of salt stress mitigated by exogenous sucrose, Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings grown on Murashige and Skoog medium were treated with 3 % (m/v) sucrose combined with 75, 150, and 225 mM NaCl for 3 d.

A 3D Human Neuron‐on‐Chip Platform to Monitor Neuronal Injury Responses
This study presents a novel 3D Neuron‐on‐Chip model that can maintain human PSC‐derived excitatory prefrontal cortex neurons in 3D hydrogels and can be used to monitor neuronal injury responses over time. Results show injury‐induced acute neuronal excitotoxicity, declining neuronal connectivity, and the activation of a neurodegenerative, SASP‐like ...

The production of sorbitol by permeabilized and immobilized cells of Z. mobilis in sucrose
The production of sorbitol by permeabilized and immobilized cells of Zymomonas mobilis in Luffa cylindrica was investigated in sucrose medium. A full 2³ factorial design was used to verify the influence of each factor and its interactions.

Nanoemulsion delivery of a TLR7 agonist enhances safety and promotes colocalization with Leishmania‐infected macrophages in skin lesions, enabling a ∼2‐log reduction in parasite burden. However, tissue‐level constraints and TLR‐driven regulatory feedback generate a mixed immune response that limits complete parasite clearance.

Linear viscoelastic properties of sucrose ester-stabilized oil-in-water emulsions [PDF]
This paper deals with the influence of composition [sucrose ester SE and oil O concentrations] and temperature on the linear viscoelasticity properties of highly concentrated oil-in-water emulsions, using a hydrophilic sucrose palmitate as emulsifier ...

Plasmonic Enhancement of Fluorescence and Protein Dynamics in Living Mammalian Cells
This study demonstrates plasmonic enhancement of the function of fluorescent voltage sensing proteins (genetically encoded voltage indicators, (GEVIs), QuasAr6) in live mammalian cells. Coupling to plasmonic nanoparticles does not just increase fluorescence, but influences the protein photocycle, creating a hybrid sensor with its response speed to ...
