AbstractTwo cases of hepatitis induced by sulfonamides are described. The causative relationship was verified by the administration of a test dose. The administration caused in both cases a prompt appearance of clinical reaction followed by a rise of serum bilirubin and enzyme activities, which subsided within 10 days.
