Isoelectric points of hydroxy double salts
Water-insoluble hydroxy double salts show pH-dependent surface-charging similar to that of metal oxides. While the pH-dependent surface-charging of metal oxides is very well-documented, the number of scientific papers reporting on the surface-charging of

Scandium (Sc)‐doped AlCoCrFeMo HEA coatings are fabricated via flame spraying with 0.1, 0.3, and 0.5 wt% Sc additions. Among these, the HEA‐Sc0.3 coating exhibits the highest corrosion resistance, indicated by a more positive corrosion potential and lower current density.

Enhanced Spacecraft Charging Risks by Interplanetary Alfvén Waves During Geomagnetic Storms
Spacecraft surface charging, an important issue in space weather research, is investigated in this study for its susceptibility to Alfvén waves (AW) during geomagnetic storms. The investigation reveals a pronounced increase in spacecraft charging risk in

Sol–gel‐derived ZnO–rGO hybrid nanoparticles enable Al7075 powder‐metallurgy composites to achieve concurrent gains in hardness and thermal conductivity while markedly lowering friction and wear. The hybrid architecture couples ZnO‐based load support with rGO‐assisted lamellar sliding and heat spreading, revealing a promising route toward lightweight ...

A Practical Noise2Noise Denoising Pipeline for High‐Throughput Raman Spectroscopy
A lightweight and reproducible denoising pipeline for high‐throughput Raman spectroscopy is introduced, based on a 1D convolutional autoencoder trained with a Noise2Noise strategy. Using only repeated short‐exposure acquisitions, the method suppresses stochastic noise without reference spectra, enabling reliable spectral reconstruction while preserving
