WGACEGG coordinates acoustic and egg surveys of several pelagic stocks in the Celtic Seas, Bay of Biscay and Iberian coast (ICES areas 6-9). Results from the surveys were discussed with mem-bers of WGHANSA and methods were considered reliable.

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Pwyll and Manannán Craters as a Laboratory for Constraining Irradiation Timescales on Europa
We examine high-spatial-resolution Galileo/Near-Infrared Mapping Spectrometer observations of the young (∼1 My–∼20 My) impact features, Pwyll and Manannán craters, on Europa’s trailing hemisphere in an effort to constrain irradiation timescales.

Promiscuous stimulation of HSP70 ATPase activity by parasite‐derived J‐domains
The malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum exports three highly homologous yet functionally divergent J‐domain proteins into human erythrocytes. Here, we show that J‐domains isolated from all three proteins effectively stimulate the ATPase activity of both endogenous host and exported parasite HSP70 chaperones.

A three level pelagic trawl for near surface sampling of juvenile fish [PDF]
In the northeast Atlantic Ocean catch rates of juvenile fish from pelagic trawls are used to calculate indices of relative abundance which are applied as a first indication of year class strength.

Development of human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 by yeast display
Human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 are generated by yeast display‐guided selection. These antibodies bind to soluble and cell‐surface forms of TARM1. Also, these antibodies exhibit agonistic activity in the NFAT‐GFP reporter assay, indicating that TARM1 signaling can be functionally modulated by antibodies and suggesting TARM1 as a potential ...
