Pediatric clonidine and guanfacine poisoning: a single-center retrospective review
Clonidine and guanfacine are centrally acting sympatholytics (CAS). Poisoning with these agents is common in children, and management of this poisoning is controversial. We sought to characterize our experience with pediatric CAS poisonings.
