Human‐in‐the‐Loop Object Segmentation for 3D Gaussian Splatting via Finger‐based VR Interface

This study introduces a human‐in‐the‐loop segmentation framework for 3D Gaussian Splatting that integrates real‐time optimization with intuitive VR‐based finger prompting. Generalized Task‐Driven Design of Soft Robots via Reduced‐Order Finite Element Method‐Based Surrogate Modeling

A unified, reusable modeling pipeline enables task‐driven design of soft robots across actuator families and task scenarios. High‐fidelity simulations are compressed into compact pseudo‐rigid‐body joint surrogates, while a design‐conditioned meta‐model generates new surrogates from geometry parameters without rerunning finite element method.

The Changing Landscape of Maintenance Therapy in Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma: A Systematic Review With Network Meta‐Analysis of the European Myeloma Network (EMN)

Our meta‐analysis showed significant improvement of PFS with lenalidomide, proteasome inhibitors, and CD38‐based therapies. A significant OS benefit was noted only with lenalidomide in transplant‐eligible (TE) patients, while CD38‐directed therapy showed a trend toward improved OS.
