Classical Solution for Ghost D‐Branes in String Field Theory

Ghost D‐branes have been proposed as objects that cancel the effects of D‐branes. We construct a classical solution which represents an arbitrary number of D‐branes and ghost D‐branes in the context of open string field theory. Cancellation of BRST cohomology between D‐branes and ghost D‐branes is shown.

Comments on real tachyon vacuum solution without square roots

We analyze the consistency of a recently proposed real tachyon vacuum solution without square roots in open bosonic string field theory. We show that the equation of motion contracted with the solution itself is satisfied.

Self‐Dual Configurations in a Generalized Abelian Chern‐Simons‐Higgs Model with Explicit Breaking of the Lorentz Covariance

We have studied the existence of self‐dual solitonic solutions in a generalization of the Abelian Chern‐Simons‐Higgs model. Such a generalization introduces two different nonnegative functions, ω1(|ϕ|) and ω(|ϕ|), which split the kinetic term of the Higgs field, |Dμϕ|2 → ω1(|ϕ|) | D0ϕ|2 − ω(|ϕ|) | Dkϕ|2, breaking explicitly the Lorentz covariance.

Open String Renormalization Group Flow as a Field Theory

Interacting Dark Matter and q‐Deformed Dark Energy Nonminimally Coupled to Gravity
