مجلة جامعة الانبار للعلوم الصرفة, 2014 : Extraction of tannic acid from black leaf Ceylon tea was studied as a function of boiling time (5-30 minute) at 100 0C. Results indicate clearly, that the percentage yield of extracted tannic acid increases with increasing boiling time.
