Photothermal‐Activated Antibacterial Amyloid‐Polyphenol‐Iron Hydrogels for Synergistic Wound Healing
We report a thermally triggered supramolecular hydrogel (LTFe) formed by Fe3+ and tannic acid on lysozyme amyloid fibrils. Fe3+ enables rapid gelation and photothermal transduction with an efficiency of 88.56%. The LTFe hydrogel exhibits excellent biocompatibility, potent antibacterial activity against E. coli and S.

Metal–Phenolic Coatings Enable Universal Design of Spherical Nucleic Acids
A general and straightforward strategy for constructing spherical nucleic acids (SNAs) using metal–phenolic (MP) coatings has been developed. The resulting MP‐SNAs exhibit many of the hallmark SNA properties, including enhanced cellular uptake, and serve as versatile building blocks for the programmable assembly of a diverse library of nanoparticles ...

Bacteria‐Responsive Nanostructured Drug Delivery Systems for Targeted Antimicrobial Therapy
Bacteria‐responsive nanocarriers are designed to release antimicrobials only in the presence of infection‐specific cues. This selective activation ensures drug release precisely at the site of infection, avoiding premature or indiscriminate release, and enhancing efficacy.
