The relationship between internalized stigma and psychopathology in sexually abused individuals
Objective: The internalized stigma is a concept that is discussed mostly in severe mental illnesses and especially in schizophrenia. However, this concept is not studied in sexually traumatized people, yet.

Intercalation and High Temperature Superconductivity of Fullerides
Intercalation of polyatomic molecules into a superconductor can drastically affect the properties of the compound. A mechanism leading to a large increase in Tc for such systems is proposed.

ABSTRACT Background The delipid extracorporeal lipoprotein filter from plasma (DELP) treatment can effectively reduce blood lipid, increase blood flow, and improve neurological deficits in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). However, its effect on vision and retinal microcirculation in stroke patients has never been reported.

Contrasting Pressure Effects in Sr2VFeAsO3 and Sr2ScFePO3
We report the resistivity measurements under pressure of two Fe-based superconductors with a thick perovskite oxide layer, Sr2VFeAsO3 and Sr2ScFePO3. The superconducting transition temperature Tc of Sr2VFeAsO3 markedly increases with increasing pressure.

Hadronic Spectral Functions above the QCD Phase Transition [PDF]
We extract the spectral functions in the scalar, pseudo-scalar, vector, and axial vector channels above the deconfinement phase transition temperature (Tc) using the maximum entropy method (MEM).

Mapping the evolution of mitochondrial complex I through structural variation
Respiratory complex I (CI) is crucial for bioenergetic metabolism in many prokaryotes and eukaryotes. It is composed of a conserved set of core subunits and additional accessory subunits that vary depending on the organism. Here, we categorize CI subunits from available structures to map the evolution of CI across eukaryotes. Respiratory complex I (CI)

Spin-roton excitations in the cuprate superconductors [PDF]
We identify a new kind of elementary excitations, spin-rotons, in the doped Mott insulator. They play a central role in deciding the superconducting transition temperature Tc, resulting in a simple Tc formula,Tc=Eg/6, with Eg as the characteristic energy
