This study evaluated the combined effects of antimicrobial photodynamic therapy (aPDT) and systemic resveratrol on bone repair around immediately placed implants in type 2 diabetic rats. This study improved an HPLC–UV method for quantifying 3‐O‐methylquercetin in porcine nasal mucosa following ICH M10 and ANVISA (Brazil) guidelines, assessing selectivity, linearity, accuracy, precision, and robustness. The method was applied for the first time to evaluate release, permeation, and retention profiles of a nasal formulation.

Mild and Metal‐Free CH Arylation of Imidazoles via In Situ Diazotization in Water
Imidazoles undergo direct C–H arylation through in situ generated diazonium salts in water, under ambient and catalyst‐free conditions. This operationally simple method avoids hazardous intermediates, tolerates sensitive functional groups, and preserves C–halogen bonds.
