The Approach of Voyager 1 to the Termination Shock [PDF]
From 2001 to 2002 the anomalous cosmic ray (ACR) He intensity at 52 MeV/nuc increased by a factor of ∼2.2 at Voyager 1. The increase was larger at lower energies, indicating that Voyager 1 was 7.5±2.2 AU closer to the termination shock in 2002.

Targeting the PDK1/c‐Myc/SOX10 Signaling in Oligodendrocytes Alleviates Neuropathic Pain
This work reveals that oligodendrocyte homeostasis, mediated by PDK1, is a critical determinant of neuropathic pain (NPP) pathogenesis. Disruption of PDK1 in oligodendrocytes impairs SOX10‐dependent myelination programs through c‐Myc accumulation, leading to disrupted myelination and the pathophysiology of NPP.

ABSTRACT Gut microbiota dysbiosis promotes colorectal cancer (CRC) tumorigenesis. A global fecal metagenomic analysis identified Gemella morbillorum as a key contributor to the CRC‐associated microbiota. Fluorescence in situ hybridization revealed that Gemella morbillorum is enriched in CRC tumor tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues.

The Fermi bubbles as starburst wind termination shocks [PDF]
Abstract The enhanced star formation in the inner 100 pc of the Galaxy launches a superwind at ∼1600 km s-1 for M82-like parameters. The ram pressure of the wind is very low compared to more powerful starburst winds. I show that halo gas stops the wind a few kpc from the Galactic Centre.
