Yumoto et al. show that ANGPTL2 regulates inflammation, fibrosis, and tissue remodeling in high‐fat diet‐induced premature aging. ANGPTL2 deficiency shortens lifespan but reduces inflammation, revealing its context‐dependent and organ‐specific roles in maintaining homeostasis.

Abstract Background Guidelines recommend biopsies for men <50 years with testicular microlithiasis and cancer risk factors to rule out germ cell neoplasia in situ. Limited data support this practice. Objectives To clarify the significance of testicular microlithiasis by examining pathological findings in men with testicular microlithiasis.

Malignant ovarian germ cell tumor subtypes exhibit distinct tumor microenvironments. Dysgerminomas harbor abundant nonexhausted T cells, with progenitor exhausted T cells present in 60% of PD‐1–positive cases. However, MHC class I expression is lost across all analyzed subtypes, suggesting that restoring class I expression in dysgerminomas may enhance ...

Molecular profile of atypical Leydig cell tumours
Copy number variations by themselves are not sufficient to discriminate between benign and potential malignant Leydig cell tumours (LCTs). Genomic instability was only detected in malignant and atypical cases, and not in any benign tumours. Currently, the presence of metastasis remains the only malignant criterion for LCTs.

Abstract Recent studies highlight the important roles of cuproptosis in cancer cells. However, the roles of the cuproptosis‐related genes (CRGs) in different cancers are still not fully understood. Comprehensive analysis was performed using open‐source bioinformatic platforms to disclose the expression profiles, prognostic significance, genomic and ...
