A novel therapy using engineered immune cells (NAC‐T cells) showed promise for refractory malignant mesothelioma. In this article, Shuai and colleagues found that depletion of Sorcs3 could activate totipotency in mESCs, promising bidirectional differentiation potential to embryonic and extraembryonic lineages.
