Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

Attacks on Threshold Signature Schemes with Traceable Signers
[[abstract]]In 1998, Wang et al. proposed two new (t,n)-threshold signature schemes with traceable signers that can withstand conspiracy attacks without attaching a secret number.

The proposed mechanism of action for the CDK12/13 inhibitor and cyclin K degrader, CT7439. CDK12/13 inhibition interrupts transcription elongation, leading to increased DNA damage that results in cell death. This agent is a potentially novel treatment option for patients with colorectal cancer. Created in BioRender. Cyclin‐dependent kinase (CDK) 12 and

SNR-Based Antenna Selection with Threshold Value in Wireless Channels
21st Signal Processing and Communications Applications Conference (SIU) -- APR 24-26, 2013 -- CYPRUSIn this study, in order to reduce the end-to-end bit error rate (BER) at the destination, two different antenna selection models based on signal to noise ...

An improved infrared image processing method based on adaptive threshold denoising
This paper combines the image adaptive threshold denoising algorithm and performs double threshold mapping processing to the infrared image, which effectively reduces the influence of these phenomena to the infrared image and improves the quality of the ...

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.
