ID-based on-line/off-line threshold signature scheme without bilinear pairing

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2013
Based on the distributed key generation (DKG) protocol and verifiable secret sharing (VSS) protocol,an identity-based on-line/off-line threshold signature scheme was proposed in order to eliminate the cost of the certificate management in the public key ...

Epigenetic reprogramming of lineage switching in cancer

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Cancer cells rarely commit to a single identity. Epigenetic mechanisms and tumor microenvironment cues push epithelial cells toward flexible, hybrid states that can shift into mesenchymal, neuroendocrine, or stem‐like fates, driving metastasis, drug resistance, and tumor heterogeneity. Targeting the epigenetic regulators behind these transitions, using

Repairable Threshold Secret Sharing Schemes

open access: yesCoRR, 2014
In this paper, we propose a class of threshold secret sharing schemes with repairing function between shares without the help of the dealer, that we called repairable threshold secret sharing schemes. Specifically, if a share fails, such as broken or lost, it will be repaired just by some other shares. A construction of such repairable threshold secret

Golgi enzymes are retrieved from the plasma membrane to the trans‐Golgi network

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Golgi enzymes are traditionally considered resident proteins retained within the Golgi apparatus. Here, we demonstrate that a subset transiently reaches the cell surface and is subsequently retrieved to the trans‐Golgi network via retrograde transport. Using a nanobody‐based toolkit, we uncover a dynamic trafficking cycle of several Golgi enzymes.

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Resplittable threshold multi-broker proxy re-encryption scheme from lattices

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2017
Two different encryption schemes and Lagrange polynomial were used to construct a resplittable threshold multi-broker proxy re-encryption scheme on the lattice, namely the encryption in the ciphertext input and output side was different from the ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Transcriptional profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles from prebiopsy prostate cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RNA profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood samples of men undergoing prostate biopsy identifies transcripts associated with clinically significant prostate cancer. Integrative analysis with public tumor datasets links EV‐derived gene signatures to tumor stage and progression‐free survival, highlighting CASP3, XRCC2, and RIT1 ...

A secret image sharing scheme based on array codes

open access: yes工程科学与技术, 2016
:In order to construct a Perfect and Ideal image threshold secret sharing scheme (Complete Scheme) and improve sharing efficiency, a novel secret image sharing complete scheme based on array codes with a (t, n) threshold structure was proposed.

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...
