Objectives The risk of major venous thromboembolism (VTE) among patients with COVID‐19 is high but varies with disease severity. Estimate the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in critically ill hospitalized patients with COVID‐19, validate the Wells score for DVT diagnosis, and determine patients' prognosis.

ABSTRACT Acquired haemophilia A (AHA) is a rare condition due to neutralizing antibodies against Factor VIII and can result in severe bleeding manifestations. The association of AHA with bullous pemphigoid (BP) is rare, most frequently observed in the elderly, and has been attributed to cross‐reactive antibodies targeting Factor VIII and BPAG2 protein.

Analysis of an Observational Versus Surgical Approach for Pediatric Post‐Tonsillectomy Hemorrhage
This study compares outcomes of observational versus surgical management of pediatric post‐tonsillectomy hemorrhage. We found that observational management was safe and avoided unnecessary procedures in selected cases. These results support tailoring intervention to exam findings to optimize patient care.
