Incidence, Clinical Characteristics, Management, and Outcomes of Hematologic Immune‐Related Adverse Events Associated With Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors: A Single‐Center Japanese Retrospective Cohort Study

This single‐center retrospective study evaluated hematologic immune‐related adverse events (irAEs) among 3371 patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Forty patients developed hematologic irAEs (1.2%); 85.0% of events were Grade 3 or higher, and the median time to onset was 12 weeks.

This review summarizes potential functions of platelet factor 4 (PF4) in neurodegenerative diseases (NDs) and discusses its promise as both a biomarker and a therapeutic target.
