Ultrasound‐Actuated Gene Editing in Human Kidney Organoids
Peptide‐stabilized nanoemulsions enable spatially controlled, ultrasound‐triggered delivery of gene‐editing proteins deep within human kidney organoid tissues. Focused acoustic pulses drive droplet vaporization, propelling cargo into target renal cells while preserving native tissue microarchitecture. This non‐viral platform improves both the depth and

Trade-off between responsiveness and noise suppression in biomolecular system responses to environmental cues. [PDF]
When living systems detect changes in their external environment their response must be measured to balance the need to react appropriately with the need to remain stable, ignoring insignificant signals.

In rheumatoid arthritis, synovial Tregs accumulate but are functionally impaired due to iron overload‐induced ferroptosis. This triggers mitochondrial dysfunction and TXK tyrosine kinase‐mediated signaling, leading to Treg destabilization and inflammation.

Multidimensional Signal Analysis
This chapter discusses signal characteristics in multiple domains, leading to the concept of multidimensional signal analysis. Multidimensional signal analysis is referred for analyzing the received radio signal from multiple dimensions jointly or ...

The 10B‐enriched monocarbonyl analog of curcumin (BMAC) 10B‐9 enables site‐specific Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) on amyloid‐β (Aβ) fibrils. Neutron irradiation induces histidine oxidation and fibril destabilization, as revealed by 1H‐NMR and FESEM analyses.

Robust Generalized Transient-Extracting Transform for Time–Frequency Feature Extraction
Time–frequency analysis (TFA) facilitates the extraction of instantaneous frequency (IF) features from non-stationary signals. Transient Extraction Transform (TET) produces highly concentrated time–frequency representations (TFRs) for pulse-like fault ...

Gambus Hadhramaut: The Malaysian Malay Lute Tuning Retrieval
This study identified elements in a simple homemade gambus from a local crafter using a scientific approach. The gambus was made from geronggang wood (Cratoxylum arborescens), a light Malaysian hardwood with pink sapwood, distinct from the heartwood with

Targeting Supramolecular Active Complexes of Nav1.7/Nav1.8 to Relieve Chronic Neuropathic Pain
In mice and patients with severe chronic neuropathic pain (NP), Nav1.7, Nav1.8, TrkB, and five cytoskeletal proteins form supramolecular active complexes (SMACs) with polygonal lattice structures as noxious signal amplifiers in dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons.
