CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Microfabricated Devices for Adherent Stem Cell Culture [PDF]
This thesis details the development of a system of microfabricated devices for the adherent culture of stem cells. The multipotency and self renewal of stem cells make them a potentially abundant source of valuable human cells, for both drug screening ...

Hyaluronic Acid enhances the mechanical properties of tissue-engineered cartilage constructs [PDF]
There is a need for materials that are well suited for cartilage tissue engineering. Hydrogels have emerged as promising biomaterials for cartilage repair, since, like cartilage, they have high water content, and they allow cells to be encapsulated ...
