Proceedings of the 4th International Workshop on Semantic Evaluations - SemEval '07, 2007
We approached the temporal relation identification tasks of TempEval 2007 as pair-wise classification tasks. We introduced a variety of syntactically and semantically motivated features, including temporal-logic-based features derived from running our Task B system on the Task A and C data.

Abstract The homologous series of primary, secondary and tertiary silanes containing the sterically demanding 2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl (TMP) group have been prepared in yields ranging from 22 to 45%. The arylsilanes were characterized by multinuclear NMR, IR, GC–MS, elemental analyses, and X-ray crystallography.

Abstract The i.r. and Raman spectra of tetramethyldiphosphine disulphide (tmps) and of tmps-d 12 and tmps- 13 C 4 are reported and the assignment of the skeletal modes is discussed. Raman polarization data confirm previous assignments for the PS and PP stretching modes and the symmetric PPS bend is assigned at Δν = 170 cm −1 .

TMP–Magnesium and TMP–Zinc Bases for the Regioselective Metalation of the Cinnoline Scaffold
Organic Letters, 2014A regioselective functionalization of cinnolines in positions 3 and 8 using metalations has been developed. This involves either the use of a frustrated Lewis pair consisting of BF3·Et2O and TMP2Mg·2LiCl or the in situ generated base TMP2Zn·2MgCl2·2LiCl. Successive metalations allow the preparation of 3,8-disubstituted cinnolines.

Analysis of a transmembrane pressure (TMP) jump prediction model for preventing TMP jumps
Desalination and Water Treatment, 2014AbstractIn water treatment process such as membrane bioreactors (MBRs), transmembrane pressure (TMP) must be monitored for process control when the process is operated under a condition of constant-rate filtration. One of the reasons making it difficult to monitor, predict, and control TMP is TMP jumps, which means that TMP rise-up rapidly even under ...
