Tetramethylpyrazine ameliorates acute lung injury by regulating the Rac1/LIMK1 signaling pathway

open access: yesFrontiers in Pharmacology, 2023
Acute lung injury (ALI) is a respiratory disorder characterized by severe inflammation of the alveoli and lung parenchyma. Tetramethylpyrazine (TMP), the main active compound in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort (LC), can protect against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)

Bacteria‐Responsive Nanostructured Drug Delivery Systems for Targeted Antimicrobial Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Bacteria‐responsive nanocarriers are designed to release antimicrobials only in the presence of infection‐specific cues. This selective activation ensures drug release precisely at the site of infection, avoiding premature or indiscriminate release, and enhancing efficacy.

TMP Process Technology

open access: yesIFAC Proceedings Volumes, 1978
Abstract In the thermomechanical pulping process the chips are preheated under pressure before refining. Refining is carried out at high consistency in disc refiners, normally in two stages of which the first is pressurized. Up to 80 % of the refining energy used is recovered in the form of steam.
