AbstractBackground and PurposeMillions of patients with inflammatory diseases are treated with tumour necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors (TNFi). Individual treatment response varies, in part related to variable drug clearance. The role of TNF–TNFi complexes in clearance of the different TNFi is controversial.
