Objective Ear, nose, and throat (ENT) manifestations are common in antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)–associated vasculitis (AAV). There is an unmet need for drugs to target these manifestations. Granuloma formation is characteristic of proteinase 3 (PR3)–AAV.
