Nova técnica para a determinação colorimétrica de α-tocoferol.

É descrita uma nova técnica para estabilizar a cor produzida por α-α'-dipiridila e ion de Fe II, na determinação de α-tocoferol, usando para isto o EDTA como complexante do excesso de ions de Fe III usados na reação. Os resultados são reproduzíveis e a cor é estável, tornando a reação mais sensível.
