ABSTRACT Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are rare, high‐flow, vascular anomalies that can occur either sporadically or as part of a genetic syndrome. AVMs can progress with serious morbidity and even mortality if left unchecked. Sirolimus is an mTOR inhibitor that is effective in low‐flow vascular malformations; however, its role in AVMs is unclear.

Intravitreal GD2‐Specific Chimeric Antigen Receptor T‐Cell Therapy for Refractory Retinoblastoma

Relating threshold tolerance graphs to other graph classes [PDF]
A graph G=(V, E) is a threshold tolerance if it is possible to associate weights and tolerances with each node of G so that two nodes are adjacent exactly when the sum of their weights exceeds either one of their tolerances.

Outcomes of Live Virus Vaccination in Patients With Vascular Anomalies Being Treated With Sirolimus

ABSTRACT Purpose Pediatric central nervous system (CNS) tumors often recur despite multimodality therapy. Although re‐irradiation (re‐RT) has historically been limited by concerns for severe late toxicities, modern techniques have renewed interest in this approach. Proton therapy provides dosimetric advantages that may enable curative re‐treatment with

Anthelmintic tolerance in free-living and facultative parasitic isolates of Halicephalobus (Panagrolaimidae) [PDF]
Studies on anthelmintic resistance in equine parasites do not include facultative parasites. Halicephalobus gingivalis is a free-living bacteriovorous nematode and a known facultative parasite of horses with a strong indication of some form of tolerance ...
