Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease characterized by joint inflammation. Approximately 50% of patients show insufficient response to traditional synthetic disease‐modifying antirheumatic drugs. This study aims to elucidate differential molecular profiles of the mechanisms underlying drug responses through multi‐omics strategy.

Quantum mirror curve of periodic chain geometry
The mirror curves enable us to study B-model topological strings on noncompact toric Calabi-Yau threefolds. One of the method to obtain the mirror curves is to calculate the partition function of the topological string with a single brane. In this paper,

SO(10) Cosmic Strings and SU(3) Color Cheshire Charge
Certain cosmic strings that occur in GUT models such as $SO(10)$ can carry a magnetic flux which acts nontrivially on objects carrying $SU(3)_{color}$ quantum numbers.

Topological Strings and Quantum Spectral Problems [PDF]
We consider certain quantum spectral problems appearing in the study of local Calabi-Yau geometries. The quantum spectrum can be computed by the Bohr-Sommerfeld quantization condition for a period integral.

Wedelolactone (WED), a natural TLR2 agonist, promotes neutrophil differentiation and enhances bactericidal function, offering a potential therapeutic strategy for neutropenia. Using a multi‐omics approach, this study reveals that WED activates the TLR2/MEK/ERK pathway, upregulating key transcription factors (PU.1, CEBPβ) to drive neutrophil development.

Selection rules of topological solitons from non-invertible symmetries in axion electrodynamics
We investigate a relation between non-invertible symmetries and selection rules of topological solitons such as axionic domain walls and magnetic strings in the (3 + 1)-dimensional axion electrodynamics with a massive axion or a massive photon.

This study introduces DualPG‐DTA, a framework integrating two pre‐trained models to generate molecular and protein representations. It constructs dual graphs processed by specialized neural networks with dynamic attention for feature fusion, achieving superior benchmark performance.

Quantum periods and TBA-like equations for a class of Calabi-Yau geometries
We continue the study of a novel relation between quantum periods and TBA(Thermodynamic Bethe Ansatz)-like difference equations, generalize previous works to a large class of Calabi-Yau geometries described by three-term quantum operators.
