CDS2 Drives Tumor Progression in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer via the PI3K/AKT Pathway
ABSTRACT Background Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) frequently disseminates within the lipid‐rich peritoneal cavity, where tumor progression is accompanied by metabolic adaptations involving lipid utilization and mitochondrial function. Although these metabolic alterations are increasingly recognized as important features of EOC progression and ...

The detection of tumor‐infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) is a positive prognostic factor in ovarian cancer. Moreover, TILs are significantly boosted by immunotherapy, though ovarian cancer patients have seen limited benefit from immune therapies. This study investigated the safety and feasibility of TIL therapy combined with PD‐1 and LAG‐3 inhibitors in ...

ABSTRACT Lung cancer predominantly affects older adults who already experience comorbidities and are at increased risk of drug–drug interactions (DDIs) due to polypharmacy. Traditional DDI assessments often do not fully capture complex co‐medication patterns observed in real‐world practice due to the risk of introducing confounding factors.

A multifunctional nanoagonist (cDZ@IP) enables nano‐metabolite–driven multimodal activation of the STING pathway and enhanced immune recognition, achieving potent antitumor immunity and suppressing tumor growth and metastasis. This strategy highlights the rational design of therapeutic metabolites and establishes a new paradigm bridging nanomedicine ...
