Modeling and Control of Traffic Flows
AbstractThe scheme of crossroad control has proposed and shown the results of simulation. The description of a complex road network of the city has held. Introduced the concept of the event model and control and its application to the example of traffic flow within the city.

Improving matrix estimation pertaining to detailed traffic information and sophisticated traffic state [PDF]
Technical innovation and extensive application of adaptive signal control at intersections have made turning flow information that provide more precise constraints for Origin-Destination matrix (O-D matrix) estimation easily available in great quantity ...

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

This study primarily focuses on the use of radio frequency identification (RFID) as a form of traffic flow detection, which transmits collected information related to traffic flow directly to a control system through an RS232 interface. At the same time,

Genealogy of traffic flow models [PDF]
An historical overview of the development of traffic flow models is proposed in the form of a model tree. The model tree shows the genealogy of four families: the fundamental relation, microscopic, mesoscopic and macroscopic models. We discuss the families, branches and models. By describing the historical developments of traffic flow modeling, we take

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

Optimizing photoactivation of PA‐mCherry for optical pooled CRISPR screens
Photoactivatable PA‐mCherry finds widespread use to optically tag individual cells. However, confocal 405 nm UV laser‐scanning (normal scan) is much less efficient than widefield UV illumination, limiting the use of PA‐mCherry on confocal instruments. We remedy this limitation by reporting that rapid and repeated confocal scanning with a low‐intensity,

Theoretical Comparison of the Effects of Different Traffic Conditions on Urban Road Traffic Noise
Road traffic noise is one of the most relevant sources in the environmental noise pollution of the urban areas where dynamics of the traffic flow are much more complicated than uninterrupted traffic flows.

A merging model for motorway traffic [PDF]
Motorway merging has long been regarded as a major source of conflicts and congestion on motorways. Traditional studies of merging behaviour are based on gap acceptance models developed mainly for urban intersections, which tend to oversimplify the very ...

The dual roles of CC and CXC chemokines in distinguishing active, latent, and subclinical tuberculosis were reviewed, along with an evaluation of their potential as diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets to advance precision medicine in tuberculosis management. The graphical abstract was generated with AI assistance (Gemini 3.0).
