Transethosomes: Impact on Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Future Journal of Pharmaceuticals and Health SciencesThis study's primary goal is to examine how new medication delivery methods using ultra - deformable vesicles have emerged and how they impact carpal tunnel syndrome. The most popular and practical method of administering medication is orally, but because of its numerous disadvantages, new methods are being discovered to be useful in a variety of ways.

Transethosomes: Utilization in Novel Drug Delivery System
Asian Journal of Pharmacy and TechnologyThe stratum Corneum which is believed to work as a barrier for drug delivery. The transdermal route is one of the most popular ways to administer medication because of its easy permeability. The novel- vesicular carrier among them which has the ability to penetrate the stratum corneum.

Etodolac is used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and other inflammatory diseases. Upon oral administration, it is reported to cause ulcerative colitis, gastrointestinal irritation, edema and peptic ulcer. Hence, an alternative delivery system has been designed in the form of transethosome.

A review article on transethosomes: revolutionizing drug delivery through transdermal patches
Drug Development and Industrial PharmacyTransethosomes, advanced nanovesicular carriers, have emerged as a revolutionary drug delivery system, particularly for transdermal patches. Combining the structural flexibility of ethosomes and the penetration-enhancing properties of surfactants, transethosomes offer remarkable advantages in overcoming the skin barrier to deliver a broad range of ...

In vitro biocompatibility of transferosomes, ethosomes and transethosomes
2019Lipid nanocarriers (LN) for transdermal drug delivery, have gained more interest in recent years, due to their rapid penetration into the skin. Liposomes were investigated in the past with the goal of transdermal drug delivery, yet studies confirmed they were not able to achieve transdermal delivery, and should rather be considered for topical delivery.
