Supermassive black holes can experience super-Eddington peak mass fallback rates following the tidal disruption of a star. The theoretical expectation is that part of the infalling material is expelled by means of an accretion disk wind, whose ...

Biodegradable power sources for transient bioelectronics
The development of biodegradable power sources has opened new avenues for transient bioelectronics, offering temporary energy solutions for implantable medical devices. This review presents a systematic overview on the design, materials, and functionalities of biodegradable devices for energy storage, harvesting, and transfer.

Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Follow the Mass—A Concordance Picture of Tidal Disruption Events
Three recent global simulations of tidal disruption events (TDEs) have produced, using different numerical techniques and parameters, very similar pictures of their dynamics.

Localising fast radio bursts and other transients using interferometric arrays
A new population of sources emitting fast and bright transient radio bursts has recently been identified. The observed large dispersion measure values of FRBs suggests an extragalactic origin and an accurate determination of their positions and distances

Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Low-frequency, Wideband Study of an Active Repeater, FRB 20240114A, with the GMRT
We report the detection of 167 bursts from an active repeater, FRB 20240114A, using the upgraded Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope. The observations were carried out over a frequency range of 300–750 MHz, and on four different dates over a period of 6 ...
