Terminology Translation Error Identification and Correction
2017Statistical machine translation (SMT) system requires homogeneous training data in order to get domain-sensitive terminology translations. If the data is multi-domain mixed, it is difficult for SMT system to learn translation probability of context-sensitive terminology. However, terminology translation is important for SMT.

A CORRECT POLYNOMIAL TRANSLATION OF S4 INTO INTUITIONISTIC LOGIC
The Journal of Symbolic Logic, 2019Abstract We show that the polynomial translation of the classical propositional normal modal logic S4 into the intuitionistic propositional logic Int from Fernández is incorrect. We give a modified translation and prove its correctness, and provide implementations of both translations to allow others to test our results.

Neural spelling correction: translating incorrect sentences to correct sentences for multimedia
Multimedia Tools and Applications, 2020The aim of a spelling correction task is to detect spelling errors and automatically correct them. In this paper we aim to perform the Korean spelling correction task from a machine translation perspective, allowing it to overcome the limitations of cost, time and data. Based on a sequence to sequence model, the model aligns its source sentence with an

Safety and correct translation of relational calculus formulas
Proceedings of the sixth ACM SIGACT-SIGMOD-SIGART symposium on Principles of database systems, 1987Not all queries in relational calculus can be answered “sensibly” once disjunction, negation, and universal quantification are allowed. The class of relational calculus queries, or formulas, that have “sensible” answers is called the domain independent class, which is known to be undecidable.

On the correct translation of update operations on relational views
ACM Transactions on Database Systems, 1982Most relational database systems provide a facility for supporting user views. Permitting this level of abstraction has the danger, however, that update requests issued by a user within the context of his view may not translate correctly into equivalent updates on the underlying database.

The Corrective Value of Repeated Translations
The School Review, 1929It is the practice of many teachers of foreign languages to recommend to their students that they go over the assigned translation more than once. The first translation of a passage permits the student to become familiar with new words and phrases.

Semantic languages for developing correct language translations
Software Quality Journal, 2017The development and validation of language translators (e.g. port programs, language preprocessors, high-level software language compilers, etc.) are time-consuming and error-prone: language engineers need to master both the source and target languages’ syntactic constructs; and most importantly their semantics.

Corrections of Eggeling's Translation of the Śatapathabrāhmaṇa
Bulletin of the School of Oriental and African Studies, 1931As the Śatapathabrāhmaṇa is, among Western scholars, Sanskritists as well as non-Sanskritists, the most popular and best-known of the Brāhmaṇas, it may be of use to publish a list of corrections of Eggeling's translation in the Sacred Books of the East, vols. xii, xxvi, xli, xliii, and xliv.

Correction to ?Two-groups on finite translation planes?
Archiv der Mathematik, 1988Let \(\pi\) be a translation plane of order \(q^ d\), with kernel GF(q). The paper being corrected [Arch. Math. 47, 568-572 (1986; Zbl 0588.51003)] was an attempt to improve on earlier results to the effect that if the translation complement contains an elementary Abelian group of order \(2^ c\), then \(2^{c-2}\) divides d.
